Dots and Tartan

Seems like I haven't written up an outfit post for ages again. The weather was cold and the drizzle just bothered me so much. Luckily, the weather's getting better now because spring is just around the corner and the temperature has been rising. I did this shoot with my brother last weekend and it was so much fun. We ran up to a basketball court on the roof of a parking lot thinking that no one was gonna be there. However, unfortunately, there were a few boys playing basketball there and stared at us as if we were some kind of freaks while shotting. lol Btw, I got most of the bracelets and rings from Cheung Chau. You can read my blog post about it here.

An ootd for my bro haha.

A portrait of me and the famous Cheung Chau fishball

Hey lovelies. Here are the photos from my Chaung Chau geography field trip which was almost 2 weeks ago. :p I know it's kinda late but I wanna share them with you guys. Cheung Chau is an outlying island in Hong Kong which is famous for its delicious food and scenic beaches. There are also plenty of unique rocks which is what we focused on in this trip. As we had to take lessons in this trip, we didn't have much time to discover this island this time so I really want to go back again in the summer time. :) You can also find lots of handmade accessories like bracelets there!

p.s. stay tuned for the upcoming outfit posts as I just shot some this afternoon!

Fullcup Cafe

I went to this cafe last Wednesday when I was still enjoying my Lunar New Year holiday and not haunted by my homework. The cafe tries to refigure the 70s-style restaurants in Hong Kong and breathes new air into it.  It serves typical food that we can find in Hong Kong like French toast and also English food like fish and chips and all day breakfast.

My favourite food there is the hotdog thingy in the fourth photo which contains beef, eggs and lots of veggies. The salad dressing is so delicious too!

Address: Ground level, Mei Ho House, 70 Berwick Street, Sham Shui Po

p.s.  I'm sorry that it takes so long for me to upload because I kinda suck at writing things like this but I'd like to try writing more in the future. :)  As school has started again, I guess I won't upload as frequent as I did during the CNY holiday. :(

Live fast Die Young

The bad news is that I missed the first anniversary of my blog which is the 7th January. I just want to give myself a pat on the back because I've been blogging for a whole year now given that I usually give up very easily. I guess I'll still have a second, third and fourth anniversary so I can celebrate next year. haha. Also, I wanna thank you all for the sweet comments and support. I really hope that you gain inspiration from my posts. (which is also why I started blogging) And by the way, I changed the layout here a little bit for a fresh start. What do you think? :)

Monthly inspiration : Come Spring

Eye candy for you all in the beginning of February which means spring is around the corner! Sometimes I just cannot stand the freezing weather and want spring to come desperately. Then I can get my sundresses out again with some light cardigans or kimonos. (definitely gonna buy one this spring and summer) Chinese New Year has finally arrived and it is the time of the year for family reunion. Enjoy your holiday my love but if you don't celebrate CNY, have fun in the last bit of winter!    xx
